LIVE STREAM CLASSES ZOOM IN THE ROOM
As we all adapt and accept our challenging reality, our team has been working hard to create a NEW virtual studio – ZOOM In The ROOM!
Our goal is to support our community, stay fit in body and spirit and offer our amazing instructors an opportunity to continue their practice and profession.
Maggie, Kim and Jenny are online and ready to go! The virtual studio is set up through Zoom so you can follow our classes and workout from home.
You can now see the live stream schedule (and direct Zoom link) on our website schedule. Please note that the Zoom link is not live until 10 minutes before class time.
What is the cost for these classes?
All of our lives have been turned upside down and we understand the financial uncertainty in every single home. For now, our classes are NO CHARGE however, we have set up Optional Fee selections for each instructor under our PURCHASE section on this site. If you feel you can support our instructors, please purchase a $10 or $20 “virtual membership”. You may do this one time or many, and all of the funds will go directly to our instructors.
Thank you so much for your trust, support and love of our community in The Room and the community at large. We look forward to being back in the studio in person soon but until then, we’ll see you online!

FREE MONTH OF ONLINE CLASSES FOR YOU AND YOUR KIDS
Mindful Movement with Maggie is an online fitness platform designed to get you moving in the comfort of your home with no equipment. Video classes are between 15 and 30 minutes and also includes Mindful Movement for Kids. With a focus on mindfulness and breathing, each routine is designed to help ground ourselves at home, breathe deeply, and find ways to feel safe and at home in our own bodies.
During this time of studio and school closures, we are extending one month free to our community in THE ROOM so that you can keep moving and breathing.
