30 MINUTE CLASSES

  • Strength and Breath – These classes are a great way to complete your indoor cycling workout. Using the power of the breath and the restorative benefits of stretching, the cycling instructors have developed a great post-cardio recovery workout focussed on spinal flexibility.
  • TRX – Suspension training is an effective way to work your whole body safely. Using body weight, the TRX exercises develop strength, balance, flexibility and core stability. TRX can benefit people of all fitness levels and you are in control of how much you want to challenge yourself on each exercise. This high energy class is efficient and can provide a whole body workout in 30 minutes.

50 MINUTE CLASSES

  • Yoga – Our yoga classes will range from beginner to advanced, including vinyasa, restorative, yin and Tiana’s challenging Pulse classes.
  • Core and More – A longer practice of the core strengthening routines utilizing free weights, bands, the ballet barre and more.
  • Custom Workshops – Talk with our instructors about creating a unique class for you or a group of your friends! Custom pricing applies.
  • Fitness Competition/Goal Training Sessions – For clients who have a fitness goal in mind and would like to take a series of classes in preparation, please contact us! Our staff has experience in triathlon, bike racing and other competitions and we’ll gladly work with you to develop a program that works for you and your teammates.
